I have breathing problems to chemicals and the items the guy used were not harsh at all on my lungs. The items used in my sunroom actually smelled pretty good and didn't leave me coughing for days on end. The floor dried pretty quick as well. The price was amazong while doing estimates I did alot of calling around. Many were booked and also many others wanted to nickel and dime me.
